Return & Replacement Policy

We at Food For Mood Cakes take great care in baking and delivering every cake fresh and perfectly crafted. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to help with a replacement.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

• If the cake is damaged during transit or delivered in poor condition.
• Return request should be raise within 2 Hours from the time of delivery.
• Replacement/Exchange deliverers will be done within 12 hours.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized cakes, photo cakes, or personalized desserts (unless damaged upon delivery).
• Partially consumed or altered products.
• Items reported after 2 hours of delivery time.

3. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, please contact our support team with your:

• Order ID
• Issue description
• Photo or video evidence of the problem

Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost or a partial refund may be issued based on the situation.
