Thank you for shopping with Food For Mood Cakes! We take pride in baking every cake and dessert fresh with care and attention to detail. Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, our refund and cancellation policy has specific conditions mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests made after this time will not be accepted, as preparation of your order may have already started.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if the order is cancelled within the allowed time or if a valid issue is found with the product upon delivery.
  • Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • No refunds will be made for products that have been consumed, partially eaten, or damaged due to customer handling.
  • Refunds will not be applicable for last-minute or same-day cake orders once preparation has begun.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We make every effort to deliver cakes safely and in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photographs. Our team will review and process a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Late Delivery

We strive to deliver your cakes on time. However, unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or other external factors are sometimes unavoidable. In such cases, refunds will not be applicable if the cake is delivered on the same day.

5. Customized & Personalized Orders

Custom cakes (with name, theme, or photo printing) are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once confirmed. Please review all customization details carefully before placing the order.
